அப்போது அவரிடம், ``எல்லா பிரச்னைகளும் சரியாகிவிடவேண்டும் என்பது நிஜத்திற்கு ஒத்துவராத பேராசை. எல்லா குறைகளும் நிறைகளாகிவிடவேண்டும் என்பதும் உண்மைக்கு ஒத்துப்போகாத கோரிக்கை'' என்று ஞானி சொன்னதும்,
"ஞானமடைந்தாலும் எந்தப் பிரச்னையும் சரியாகாதா?'' என்று எழுத்தாளர் ஆச்சரியமாய் கேட்டார்.
அதற்கு ஜென் ஞானி மிக அழகாய் பதில் சொன்னார்....
"பிரச்னைகளே இல்லாமல் வாழ்வதற்கு ஞானம் தேவையில்லை. எல்லா பிரச்னைகளோடும் வாழ்வதற்குத்தான் ஞானம் தேவை. எல்லாம் நிறைவாய் இருந்தால் முட்டாள்கூட ராஜாவாயிருக்க முடியும். எல்லாக் குறைகளையும் அனுசரித்து ஆனந்தமாய் வாழத்தான் ஞானம் தேவை"

ஒரு சிறிய் பறவை இரை கிடைக்காததால் சோர்ந்துபோய் பறக்க முடியாமல் விழுந்து விட்டது. அப்போது அவ்வழியே சென்ற பசு, சாணத்தை சிறிய் பறவையின் மீது போட்டு விட்டு சென்றது.
சாணத்தின் வெதுவெதுப்பில் சிறிய் பறவை உணர்வு பெற்று கீச் கீச் என கத்தியது. அப்போது ஒரு நாய் சாணத்தை கிளறி, சிறிய் பறவையை வெளியே எடுத்து தின்று விட்டது......
நீதி என்னவென்றால்.....

It's half past 8 in the office but the lights are still on...
PCs still running, coffee machines still buzzing...
And who's at work? Most of them ??? Take a closer look...
All or most specimens are ??
Something male species of the human race...
Look closer... again all or most of them are bachelors...
And why are they sitting late? Working hard? No way!!!
Any guesses???
Let's ask one of them...
Here's what he says... 'What's there 2 do after going home...Here we
get to surf, AC, phone, food, coffee that is why I am working
late...Importantly no bossssssss!!!!!!!!!!!'
This is the scene in most research centers and software companies and
other off-shore offices.
Bachelors 'Passing-Time' during late hours in the office just bcoz
they say they've nothing else to do...
Now what r the consequences...
'Working' (for the record only) late hours soon becomes part of the
institute or company culture.
With bosses more than eager to provide support to those 'working' late
in the form of taxi vouchers, food vouchers and of course good
feedback, (oh, he's a hard worker... goes home only to change..!!).
They aren't helping things too...
To hell with bosses who don't understand the difference between
'sitting' late and 'working' late!!!
Very soon, the boss start expecting all employees to put in extra
working hours.
So, My dear Bachelors let me tell you, life changes when u get married
and start having a family... office is no longer a priority, family
is... and
That's when the problem starts... b'coz u start having commitments at
home too.
For your boss, the earlier 'hardworking' guy suddenly seems to become
a 'early leaver' even if u leave an hour after regular time... after
doing the same amount of work.
People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day are
labelled as work-shirkers...
Girls who thankfully always (its changing nowadays... though) leave on
time are labelled as 'not up to it'. All the while, the bachelors pat
their own backs and carry on 'working' not realizing that they r
spoiling the work culture at their own place and never realize that
they would have to regret at one point of time.
So what's the moral of the story??
* Very clear, LEAVE ON TIME!!!
* Never put in extra time ' unless really needed '
* Don't stay back unnecessarily and spoil your company work culture
which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues.
There are hundred other things to do in the evening..
Learn music...
Learn a foreign language...
Try a sport... TT, cricket.........
Importantly,get a girl friend or boy friend, take him/her around
town...
* And for heaven's sake, net cafe rates have dropped to an all-time
low (plus, no fire-walls) and try cooking for a change.
Take a tip from the Smirnoff ad: *'Life's calling, where are you??'*
Please pass on this message to all those colleagues and please do it
before leaving time, don't stay back till midnight to forward this!!!
IT'S A TYPICAL INDIAN MENTALITY THAT WORKING FOR LONG HOURS MEANS VERY
HARD WORKING & 100% COMMITMENT ETC.

Brain Damage , liver Damage & Cancer (Do's & Dont's)
BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2 . Overeating=2 0
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6 . Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3 . Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.
As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is20very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'
The top five cancer-causing foods are:
1.. Hot Dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and Bacon
